To plan, prepare and deliver the photography and content session you booked.

To contact you about your session, reminders, receipts and related client service.

To meet our record-keeping, tax and legal obligations.

Access is limited to authorized Sip. Style. Shoot. studio personnel who need it to provide the service.

Service providers such as our website host, database and payment processor may process information on our behalf, only as needed to run and secure the service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use or disclose it for unrelated purposes without your consent, except where permitted or required by law.

Questionnaire answers and inspiration uploads are stored privately and are never published on the website or in our public media library.

Studio access requires an invited, authenticated account, and files are only reachable through short-lived private links.

No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete it.

You may ask us to delete your questionnaire answers and inspiration uploads at any time; records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons will be kept.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask a question or raise a concern about privacy.

You may withdraw consent where applicable, though this may limit our ability to prepare for or deliver your session.
